You can submit your marriage notices between 29 days and 3 months prior to your wedding however, we would advise doing this between 8-10 weeks prior to your ceremony.
All marriage and civil partnership paperwork should be submitted during an appointment, to the Livingston Registration Office, Howden South Road, Livingston EH54 6FF.
