West Lothian Council is committed to providing high-quality customer services. We value complaints and use the information from them to help us improve our services. If something goes wrong or you are dissatisfied with our services, please tell us.

Make a complaint
If you wish to make a complaint about a council service or member of staff, please use the council's dedicated complaints form.
What happens when I have complained?
We will always tell you who is dealing with your complaint. Our complaints procedure has two stages:
Alternative Complaint Methods
The council have alternative methods by which you can make a complaint, should you not wish to submit it online.
