Citizen Led Inspection Reports
Citizen Led Inspection (CLI) has relaunched as part of a wider corporate action to improve customer engagement and participation in the council, in line with the Customer Strategy 2023/28.
The council benefits from our inspectors' experiences and unique views as customers, with inspectors spending time in council services, observing, collating information and interviewing in order to challenge performance and service delivery approaches.
Each CLI culminates in a report being produced, a feedback meeting with the Service(s) involved and the development and implementation of an Improvement Plan.
