Find a local youth group or club

Our Clubs and Groups

Explore the youth clubs and groups available across West Lothian. Young people must live in West Lothian to access our provision. Although each club or group is based in a specific location, you do not need to attend a particular school or live in a specific postcode to take part. You can choose the group that best suits your interests and needs.

Register or log in to our online portal to apply for a youth club or group.

How to Register

All young people must be registered through our online portal before applying to join a club or group.

If you already have a portal account:

  1. Log in to the portal.

  2. Go to your dashboard and select the young person's name.

  3. Select Create Application and complete the application for your chosen club or group.

If you are new to the portal:

  1. Register for an account.

  2. Add the young person's details.

  3. Go to your dashboard and select the young person's name.

  4. Select Create Application and complete the application for your chosen club or group.

Young people aged 16 and over can register and manage their own applications independently.

Important: Contact the Club Lead After Applying

Once you have completed the application through the portal, please email the relevant club lead using the contact details listed next to the club / group info.

In your email, include:

  • The young person's full name.

  • The name of the club or group they have applied to join.

This helps us identify the application and direct your enquiry to the right person.
