Road Closure - Impacting SD Travel Service 6

Due to the above road closure, Service 6 operated by SD Travel will terminate in Westfield and Service 29, operated by McGill's will terminate in Avonbridge.
A free demand-responsive taxibus service which has been designed to meet with McGill's service 29 in Avonbridge to carry passengers to Westfield or Armadale (or the reverse) is available to pre-book for travel as follows:
Travel to Avonbridge
Passengers wishing to travel to Avonbridge (towards Falkirk) can pre-book their journey for arrival and connection with service 29 in Avonbridge at the following times Monday - Saturday:

How do I book my journey?
Journeys can be booked by calling: West Lothian Private Hire on 01506 43 43 43.
On receipt of a booking, call centre staff will advise passengers of intended pick-up time as appropriate. Passengers are advised to book their journey at least one hour ahead of intended travel, given the diversion in place for traffic.

Passengers should note that the road closure may be lifted upon earlier completion of works, Taxibus service will be removed and normal bus service reinstated.
