Please note that there is a maximum file size of 30mb per document. You can also only upload 10 documents per session. You can also email evidence to us at: benefits@westlothian.gov.uk (opens new window) should your documents exceed the file size limit.

  - A Housing Benefit claim
  - A Council Tax Reduction claim
  - A Discretionary Housing Payment claim
  - A Scottish Welfare Fund application
  - Financial Assessment for Non-residential Care Charge

  - If you are uploading evidence on a public or shared computer then you are responsible for deleting your scans after completing your submission.
  - You must ensure that each image shows the entire piece of evidence.
  - If you are using your phone or tablet camera, ensure that all images are clear and legible.
