The Community Wing is managed by the Boghall Drop in Centre: a small community based charity that works as a base for agencies to work in partnership with the community.

The Simpson Library is located in Jim Walker Partnership Centre, home to many council services and community centre.

Located within The Jim Walker Partnership Centre are a wide range of council services as well as the management committee led Bathgate Community Centre.
