Training and Support

We are accredited with Investing in Volunteers

It is important to us that volunteers have a good experience so we take training and support very seriously.  All volunteers receive initial training relevant to their role, on-going training and can access support from our volunteering team.  Agreed travel expenses are paid.

Volunteer Survey Results

In our annual survey in October 2025, 72% of volunteers responded.  When asked about their role, 100% of respondents felt that they were valued and part of the team. 100% of volunteers also agreed that they got access to the training, learning and development that they needed.
