About ELEV8
ELEV8 is an employability programme delivered by Community Learning and Development (CLD) Youth Services, supporting young people aged 16-24 who are at Stages 1-3 of the Employability Strategic Skills Pipeline.
Through a range of individual and group learning opportunities, ELEV8 helps participants build confidence, identify their strengths, overcome barriers and develop the personal, social and employability skills needed to progress towards further learning, training, volunteering or employment.
Delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment, the programme provides practical experiences and tailored support to help young people achieve their goals and move towards positive destinations.
Young people take part in activities designed around their individual needs, interests and aspirations. This can include:

Personal development activities
One-to-one support and guidance
Bespoke counselling / life coaching
Group learning opportunities
Practical projects and workplace experiences
Opportunities to gain skills and accreditation
Health and wellbeing activities
ELEV8 works with young people to help them progress towards positive destinations, including employment, further education, training, volunteering or other pathways.
By developing confidence, resilience and transferable skills, young people are supported to make informed choices about their future and take positive steps towards achieving their goals.
