The Annual Accounts
West Lothian Council's Annual Accounts outline the financial position of the Council at the end of each financial year. The financial year is from 1 April to 31 March each year. The accounts present fairly the financial transactions of the Council for the respective period and provide a Management Commentary to enable users of the accounts to understand management objectives and the strategies for achieving those objectives.
