Information on the council's overall Corporate Plan, Service Improvement Plans and Strategies

Service Improvement Plans
These are three-year plans developed by council services covering the period 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26. The plans set out the key objectives and activities for the service and the actions that will be delivered to improve performance and sustainability.
Corporate Plan
The Corporate Plan sets West Lothian Council's strategic direction and identifies our priorities for the years 2023/24 to 2027/28. These priorities are the focus for all council services, as we work together to deliver better services for West Lothian.
Corporate Strategies
West Lothian Council has corporate strategies that are designed to support the delivery of the Corporate Plan 2023/28 and the budget strategy.
