Customer Experience Call Volunteer
Volunteers who do Customer Survey call-backs to customers where staff members have been unable to do so. They will also process all customer service surveys and any other data as needed. This role was created as many of our volunteers were looking to gain experience in a role that would support their aims of getting employment within an admin role which they had previously found challenging to get without any experience in this area.
Volunteer Driver
Volunteers collect clothing parcels from the School Bank and River Kids and deliver to families within West Lothian.
Macmillan Volunteer
Macmillan volunteers support with new patients sessions and treatment clinics in the Oncology Department of St Johns. They also support to run the 3 Macmillan hubs at Jim Walker Partnership Centre (Bathgate), Strathbrock Partnership Centre & Livingston North Partnership Centre.
